Service Terms and conditions

Prices

All our prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid for 7 days. We offer a fixed rate airport transfer (all airports in Turkey) Includes: waiting, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and VAT.

Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Any extras will be charged from the same credit card.

Additional Charges

Tolls, parking, phone usage, guidance, driver’s meal, tips, admissions and other surcharges not included in the estimate may also apply to the final price.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made 36 hours prior to the assignment. This is subject to %30 penalty – (Sedans and minivans.)  Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the assignment – (Coaches.) Large assignments: Assignments involving 4 vehicles or more we require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 36/48 hours will be charged in full.

Airport Arrivals

All our Airport Arrivals includes, standard Meet & Greet in the arrival hall, parking & help with luggage. We also include 60 Minutes waiting time from arrival. If you encounter any problems within the airport which may delay you please contact your assigned chauffeur or our 24/7 Helpline & advise of your situation.

Airport Departures

Included: Help with luggage. We also include 30 minutes waiting time from agreed pick up time.

As Directed Service – (Minimum 4 Hours)

Our As directed service is charged from garage to garage. Included: Help with luggage. Fixed rate is inclusive of tolls, fuel & VAT.

Lost or Misplaced Items

Please note that Istanbul Car Service assumes no liability for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other items left in any vehicle.

Surcharges

Hours between 01.00 – 06.00 have an additional 20% charge.

We Reserve the Right

We reserve the right to use other limousine companies should the need arise. We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle by the client/clients or their guests will be charged to the client. We do not accept responsibility for any goods lost, stolen or damaged during the hire.

For the safety of our passengers and drivers, we reserve the right to refuse to transport any intoxicated persons who are behaving inappropriately.
